Located in the vibrant city of Fort Collins, Colorado, Colorado State is home to about 34,000 students. We welcome about 5,000 new freshmen/first-year students each year, 68% of whom are Colorado residents.

College is an investment, and it’s important to consider cost, aid, ways you can reduce costs, and what your investment will be worth after you graduate. We call it your financial fit.
Academics
With more than 70 majors and dozens of minors and concentrations, you can design a personal academic path. About 42% of students study a STEM field, and undergraduate research is highlighted for all.
